Shark Navigator Lift Away Deluxe NV360 vs. NV352: Which One Is Better For You?

Shark currently fields many different best selling upright vacuums, but the two that stand out the most in the affordable market range are the Shark Navigator Lift-Away NV360 and the Navigator Lift-Away NV352. With both of them being so close to one another in terms of pricing, it can be difficult for many people to decide which one to buy.

So in this short comparison article, we’ll let you know the key differences between either model to make the decision-making process easier for you!

➨➨➨ Useful Reference:  Shark NV360 Reviews

  • Performance Differences

Both models are the same in terms of performance. They’re equipped with the same 1,200-watt suction motor, thus, suction power is equally high on both.

Thanks to the strong suction power, the majority of the reviews for both the Shark Navigator Lift-Away Deluxe NV360 upright vacuum and the NV352 gave them great ratings for bare floors cleaning. You will be able to tackle debris, pet hair, and other dirty stuff on your floors without running into much trouble.

Carpet cleaning efficiency is also more or less the same. Both of them can do a brilliant job on all carpet types, from low-pile to high-pile and plush.

  • Design Differences

It’s in the design that the vacuums differ from one another. While the Shark NV360  NV360 weighs only around 14.3 pounds, the NV352 has been measured by some to weigh 2 pounds heavier (around 15 to 16.3 pounds.)

Note that the numbers here are independently weighed and aren’t the official numbers released by Shark. It’s been found by some that Shark’s numbers are slightly off from the vacuums’ real poundages.

Although 12.5 pounds is still quite heavy, the 2 pounds difference of the NV352 can mean a lot for people with issues like arthritis. Therefore, if you like using an easy to maneuver upright vacuum cleaner that’s light in the hand, the NV352 is a good choice.

As expected, you can find the highly versatile Lift-Away design on both vacuums. The volume of the dirt compartment is the same across the two vacuums, as well, with the NV352 and NV360 boasting 1 dry quart dust cup.

Power cord length is 25 feet for both models and they also come with a 4 feet flexible suction hose, resulting in the same cleaning radius of about 29 to 30 feet.

The filtration systems of both the NV360 and the NV352 are identical. They feature Shark’s Anti Allergen Complete Seal technology and HEPA filters which, together, can provide near-absolute air filtering efficiency for your home.

  • Differences In Included Accessories

The NV352 won out the NV360 in terms of included accessories.

NV352 comes with two kinds of crevice tools (5.5-inch crevice tool and a 24-inch crevice tool) along with a dusting brush and a pet upholstery tool. Meanwhile, the Shark Navigator Lift Away Deluxe NV360 only comes with a turbo brush, a crevice tool, and an upholstery tool.

The two lengths of crevice tools could make your life easier if you often have to clean out corners and crevices around the house. But in overall, the one extra crevice tool doesn’t change the value equation between either vacuums by much.

Conclusion

Overall, which is the best upright vacuum cleaner to choose?

The key differences here lie in the fact that the NV352 is slightly more expensive, 2 pounds heavier, yet comes with one extra tool. Therefore, in my opinion, the Shark - Navigator Lift-Away bagless upright vacuum - blue NV360 would be a more valuable deal.
